Hi there! I'm Onelly Hernandez, Certified health and wellness coach, & founder of Onelly Eats. I’m a mom of three, and a Hashimoto’s warrior passionate about helping women with autoimmune diseases heal their bodies and live a vibrant life.


I know how it feels to be misunderstood by YOUR doctor and family members - I, too, WAS struggling with weight gain, anxiety, lack of energy, brain fog, and chronic fatigue.

I know all-too-well the struggle of losing the extra weight when you have Hashimoto’s. Finally, after losing 35 pounds and reducing my symptoms, I knew my mission was to help other women lose weight, reduce symptoms and regain confidence.
